Dr.E S RaoHaving a passion for research in the areas of Infrastructure, Industry, Telecom & AI and Agriculture had an opportunity to be appointed as a Member in the various High Level Govt. Of India committees constituted by Inter Ministrial Committees (IMC) of MoF Govt of India, RBI, MoUD and Niti Aayog (Erstwhile Planning Comminssion) during the 12th Five Year Plan. Recently in 2020 was appointed as a member in the MoF, IMC - GoI formed committtee to form a new DFI for implementing NIP 2021 of Rs 111 Crores and the submitted report was accepted and has been passed as NBIF Act 2021 to form a New DFI.
