Social Responsibility Activities
As a part of ISR & CSR to return back to the society I along with my family do social &
charitable services to the best of our abilities in Education, Healthcare & Cancer and
Skill Development for over 25 years in various places. Had adopted a remote hilly rural
village Kuneru having 3 hamlets and 3 primary schools in Mentada Mandal,
Gajapathinagaram, Vijayanagaram Dist, Andhra Pradesh and facilitating & providing
educational infra, local rural employment and skill development.
During last 25 years of my career service had contributed every month some amount from
our savings
and while serving in IFCI contributed Rs. 50,000 per month from my salary to IFCI Social
Foundation
Trust to service the underprivileged people. During the Covid -19 for the affected
people had
supported the under previledged society with free medicines and food through Sri Gurudeva
Charitable Trust
headed by Sri Jagadish Babu had an opportunity to facilitate in Skill Development
of
Artificial Limbs and Masks Stitching of more than 3 Lakh cloth masks for free
distribution and
created employment for 60 women and physically disabled people in the Visakhapatnam
region, and recently Sri Gurudeva Charitable 25 bed hospital
has been invigorated. Also
working closely with Vizag
Volunteers under the leadership of Sri K.Satish to do social
service and
build Brand Vizag.
In the adopted Kuneru village as a farmer had planted various horticulture plants in the
barren land
and cultivated a few varieties of fruits plants like Mangoes, Bananas, Chikoo, Lemon,
Cashew and
other plants. These blossomed fruits which have been cultivated naturally are sweet,
healthy and
unique of Andhra Pradesh are freshly plucked and shared every year with all well-wishers
to
strengthen the long-lasting bonding of Inclusiveness & Friendship.
